2002年初,我调到蒲白矿区工会工作,当时自己心里还真有点想法。因为,蒲白矿区工会已有16年没有召开职工代表大会了,而且多任工会主席、副主席都“不合法”,工会自身存在的问题多,工作经常受到上级和局党委的批评。在企业中,工会连自身的地位、权利都得不到维护,更别提基本职能的发挥了。工会干部的工资长期违犯《工会法》,要用工会的经费来支付,福利待遇更得不到保证,维护职工的合法权益谈何容易。
