2008年9月,吉林省德惠市迎新遗址发掘出土一枚金代铜镜。我们借助扫描电镜、体式显微镜对铜镜的金属基体及锈层进行了观察分析。通过观察检测得知,此铜镜属高铅低锡低铜型合金铸造,这一特征符合宋金时期铜镜的特征。配料不尽合理,铸造不够精湛。腐蚀产物的检测结果显示保存情况比较复杂,需要进一步观察和处理。本文检测结果丰富了为数不多的金代铜镜成分比照数据,为断代和工艺研究、保护处理等提供科学的参考和帮助。
In September 2008, a golden bronze mirror was excavated unearthed in Yingxin Site, Dehui City, Jilin Province. We use scanning electron microscopy, stereomicroscope on the copper mirror of the metal matrix and rust layer were observed and analyzed. Observed by observation that the bronze mirror is a high-lead low-low copper alloy casting, this feature is consistent with the Song and Jin bronze mirror features. Ingredients are not reasonable, casting not superb. The test results of the corrosion products show that the storage conditions are complicated and require further observation and treatment. The results of this paper enriched a handful of reference data of the gold bronze mirrors, providing scientific reference and help for the research and protection and processing of the dynasties.
