孙涛,法国巴黎上诉法院律师,法国华人律师协会会长,中国人民大学欧洲校友会会长。“作为海外华人,我们实际上属于‘双重少数民族’:祖国发展日新月异,常年生活在海外的华人常常感到与国内主流社会脱节;同时,作为东方文化和民族的载体,我们又处于西方主流社会的边缘。这种身份特征,也成为海外华人经常无法融入其居住国主流社会的一个重要原因。所以,提升海外华人社区的自发组织能力,整合当地社区和主流社会资源,团结协力集体发声并建立稳定渠道,使得主流社会倾听群体的诉求和呼声,是海外华人社
