通过现场试验对轴流转桨式水轮发电机组的振动进行了测试 ,并应用频谱分析对振动波形进行了处理 .对机组的振动状态进行了评价 ,探讨了影响机组振动的因素 .试验结果表明 ,机组导轴承的间隙大小、轴线位置、机组运行工况以及协联关系是影响机组振动的主要因素
The field test is carried out to test the vibration of the shaft-propeller hydroelectric generating set and the vibration waveform is processed by spectrum analysis.The vibration state of the generating set is evaluated and the factors affecting the vibration of the generating set are discussed.The results show that , The gap size of the unit guide bearing, the axis position, the operating conditions of the unit as well as the synergistic relationship are the main factors affecting the unit vibration
