在以前的TD72型通用固定式带式输送机设计计算过程中,没有一个胶带层数计算的系统公式。在设计计算时,是根据设计经验,首先预选胶带层数,然后再行计算,最后反过来验算预选的胶带层数是否合理。这样,在计算过程中,对预选的胶带层数就可能出现两种情况:大或小。大则使设备选型大而造成浪费。小则不能满足胶带强度的要求,而需要重新设计计算,造成设计计算的返工。为此本文的目的就在于推导出一个准确而合理的胶带层数计算公式,使设计计算迅速,设备选择合理。
In the previous design and calculation of TD72 universal fixed belt conveyor, there was no system formula for calculating tape layer number. In the design calculation, it is based on design experience, the first pre-selected tape layer, and then calculate again, and finally check the pre-selected tape layer is reasonable. Thus, in the calculation process, the preselected number of layers of tape there may be two situations: large or small. Large equipment selection caused by the large waste. Small then can not meet the requirements of tape strength, and need to re-design calculations, resulting in design calculations rework. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to derive an accurate and reasonable formula for calculating the number of layers of tape, which makes the design calculation rapidly and the equipment selection reasonable.
