目的观察克霉唑、珍珠粉混合药剂对长期卧床的老年病例霉菌性皮炎的疗效。方法选择2010年1月—2012年6月在汕头大学医学院附属第一医院治疗的91例因长期卧床导致不同程度霉菌性皮炎的住院患者,随机分为治疗组46例和对照组45例。对照组采用达克宁软膏治疗,治疗组用克霉唑、珍珠粉混合药剂治疗。结果治疗组7d显著有效率为67.39%,优于对照组46.67%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用克霉唑、珍珠粉混合药剂治疗霉菌性皮炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the curative effect of clotrimazole and pearl powder mixed drug on fungal dermatitis in elderly patients with long-term bed rest. Methods From January 2010 to June 2012, 91 inpatients with mycotic dermatitis due to prolonged bed rest were randomly divided into treatment group (46 cases) and control group (n = 45), which were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. The control group was treated with bleaching cream. The treatment group was treated with clotrimazole and pearl powder. Results The effective rate of treatment group 7d was 67.39%, which was 46.67% better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of clotrimazole and pearl powder in the treatment of fungal dermatitis significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
