本文通过对浮石性能的研究,针对轻骨料混凝土强度变异性大的特点,配制强度等级LC30的轻骨料混凝土并作了早期性能研究,通过室内无侧限抗压强度试验,探讨了不同聚丙烯纤维掺量和不同养护龄期下浮石轻骨料混凝土强度增长的规律,实验结果表明:聚丙烯纤维的加入使得混凝土土的强度减小,对于混凝土强度增加毫无贡献,随养护龄期的增长,轻骨料混凝土强度明显增长。
In this paper, the properties of pumice stone are studied. According to the characteristics of light aggregate concrete strength variability, the lightweight aggregate concrete with strength grade LC30 is prepared and studied in the early stage. Through the unconfined compressive strength test in indoor, different poly Propylene fiber content and curing strength of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete under different curing age. The experimental results show that the strength of concrete soil decreases with the addition of polypropylene fiber, which does not contribute to the increase of concrete strength. With the increase of curing age Growth, light aggregate concrete strength increased significantly.
