目的 :了解中专学生心理卫生状况。方法 :应用心理卫生症状自评量表SCL - 90 ,对武汉地区 3所不同类型中等专业学校的 1 4 67名学生进行调查。结果 :武汉中专学生中SCL - 90各因子均值明显高于全国成人常模。出现各类心理问题的比例为 2 0 .44%～ 40 .62 %。具有一项因子分≥ 3分的学生人数 2 1 4人 ,发生率是 1 4 .59%。主要心理问题是强迫、偏执、人际关系。结论 :中等专业学校应积极开展心理卫生教育
Objective: To understand the status of secondary school students’ mental health. Methods: A total of 1 4 67 students from 3 different types of secondary specialized schools in Wuhan area were investigated by SCL - 90. Results: The average value of SCL - 90 in Wuhan secondary school students was significantly higher than that of national adult norm. A variety of psychological problems occurred in the ratio of 20.44% ~ 40.62%. The number of students with a factor score of ≥ 3 was 2 14, at a rate of 14.59%. The main psychological problems are coercion, paranoid, interpersonal relationship. Conclusion: Secondary vocational schools should actively carry out mental health education
