梁山县围绕破解“三农”难题,加强服务型村级党组织建设,有效提升了村级党组织推动发展、服务群众的能力。围绕破解农民“种地托管”的难题,由村党组织牵头开展土地托管,在推进现代农业发展中创新服务手段。由县委组织部牵头协调,在乡镇和涉农职能部门政策支持下,村级党组织直接参与或协助基层供销社托管农民土地。共探索出四条全托管模式:基层供销社领办粮食
In order to solve the “three rural issues” problem and to strengthen the building of a service-oriented village-level party organization, Liangshan County effectively enhanced the ability of village-level party organizations to promote development and serve the masses. Around the problem of cracking peasants and “seed-hosting”, village party organizations took the lead in carrying out land trusteeship and innovative service means in advancing the development of modern agriculture.
