控制论是利用反馈原理对各种复杂动态系统进行最佳的、有目的控制的一门科学。从控制论的角度来研究学校管理,是学校管理学发展的一个新的方向。学校中的管理周期,周期的各个环节是一个联系的系统,存在着信息流通。这种信息流通是闭环式式的,反馈的封闭回路,环环挂钩,互相制约,因而控制不但可以,而且可能。所以,学校领导应善于用控制论的思想,信息反馈的原理,控制学校各项工作,使之朝着最优化的方向发展。本文仅就如何用控制论的思想进行学校的德育管理问题作一点初步研究。
Cybernetics is a science that uses feedback principles to perform optimal and purposeful control of various complex dynamic systems. Studying school management from the perspective of cybernetics is a new direction for the development of school management. The management cycle in the school and every link in the cycle is a system of communication and there is information flow. This kind of information flow is closed-loop, closed loops of feedback, linked loops, and mutual constraints, so control is not only possible but also possible. Therefore, school leaders should be good at using the theory of cybernetics and the principles of information feedback to control all aspects of the school’s work and make it more optimal. This article only makes a preliminary study on how to use the idea of cybernetics to carry out school moral education management.
