目前正在运行的国产31-50-2型汽轮机的末级叶片采用665毫米长的扭转变截面叶片.由于该叶片长期处在湿蒸汽区的恶劣工况下运行,使该级叶片常发生裂断事故(导致裂断的原因本文不作专门论述).这不仅严重影响该机的安全运行,而且会造成机组检修工期加长,增加更换叶片的工作量.为缩短该型机组检修工期及更换叶片工作量,节省不锈钢材.目前国内正在探索长叶片裂断后采用对接焊与补焊工艺,来代替传统更换叶片的工艺.1978年10
