为了从理论与实践的结合上推动物资经济的研究,探讨深化物资体制改革中的重要课题,在部领导的指导和关怀下,物资部青年物资经济研究会于1月21日正式成立。在成立大会上,柳随年部长讲了话,他说,成立青年研究会有三个目的,一是请青年同志对如何搞好物资工作和深化物资体制改革出主意、提建议;二是通过青年研究会把部里青年研究问题的风气带起来;三是锻炼青年的思维能力、写作能力和表达能力。他提出,研究问题可以采取两种形式:一是结合司、公司的工作,提出某个方面的改革建议,经研究会讨论修改后,提供领导参考;
