采用固相反应法成功地将Eu元素掺入Ce B6纳米晶中,并系统地研究了对其光吸收性能的影响规律。由XRD分析、扫描电镜和透射电镜能谱分析结果充分证明了Eu元素成功地掺入了Ce B6晶格中。光吸收结果表明,随着Eu掺杂量的增加,Ce B6吸收峰波长从938 nm增加至1718 nm,产生了“红移”现象。与此同时,透射光波长也从可见光区域的798 nm红移至近红外区域的1138 nm。本文揭示了通过Eu掺杂可使Ce B6透射光波长和吸收峰波长连续可调。这一特性对于拓展Ce B6的光学应用具有重要意义。
The Eu element was successfully doped into Ce B6 nanocrystals by solid-state reaction and its influence on the light absorption properties was systematically studied. XRD analysis, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy analysis of the results show that the Eu element was successfully incorporated into the Ce B6 lattice. The results of light absorption show that the wavelength of Ce B6 absorption increases from 938 nm to 1718 nm with the increase of Eu doping, resulting in a “red shift” phenomenon. At the same time, the wavelength of transmitted light is also red-shifted from 798 nm in the visible region to 1138 nm in the near-infrared region. This paper reveals that the wavelength of the transmitted light and the absorption peak of Ce B6 can be continuously adjusted by Eu doping. This feature is of great importance to the optical application of Ce B6.
