前文报道在小鼠静脉滴注氯化钡和大鼠脑室内注射乌头碱所致心律失常模型,河纯毒素(Tetrodotoxin,TTX)可分别增强戊脉安、利多卡因和心得安的抗心律失常作用,而不增加这些药物的毒性,从而提高它们的治疗指数。文献报道,TTX对结扎狗冠脉所致晚期心律失常有对抗作用,且与利多卡因具协同效果。为了确证TTX对已知抗心律失常药的协同作用,本文采用结扎大鼠冠脉所致早期缺血性心律失常模型,进一步观察TTX对这些药物疗效的影响。
Earlier reported in mice intravenous injection of barium chloride and rat intraventricular injection of aconitine induced arrhythmia model, river pure toxin (Tetrodotoxin, TTX), respectively, increased verapamil, lidocaine and propranolol anti-heart rhythm Disorders, without increasing the toxicity of these drugs, thereby increasing their therapeutic index. It has been reported in the literature that TTX has antagonistic effects on advanced cardiac arrhythmias induced by ligation of dog coronary arteries and has a synergistic effect with lidocaine. In order to confirm the synergistic effect of TTX on known anti-arrhythmic drugs, this paper adopts the model of ligation of coronary artery in rats with early ischemic arrhythmia to further observe the effect of TTX on the curative effect of these drugs.
