自1988年～1993年在我院及外院确诊肝豆状核变性28例,早期误诊12例,现分析如下。 临床资料 男7例,女5例。年龄5～12岁。纳差、乏力、腹痛6例,黄疸4例,血尿1例,动作不灵活2例,精神异常1例,肝肿大7例,脾肿大2例,腹水征(+)4例,肝功能异常6例,尿常规异常2例,脑CT示双基底节低密度改变2例。12例中误诊为肝炎6例,肾炎2例,肾病综合征、心肌炎、精神病、
From 1988 to 1993 in our hospital and outside the hospital diagnosed with Wilson’s disease in 28 cases, early misdiagnosis in 12 cases, are analyzed as follows.
