目的探究老年食管癌、贲门癌的临床特点和外科治疗。方法选取2006年1月至2012年1月在本院就诊的48例食管癌和贲门癌患者的临床资料为研究对象。结果 30例食管癌患者中,发病部位在食管中段16例,占53.33%。食管癌贲门癌患者均以Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期患者居多,分别占39.58%和41.67%。年龄≥50岁的食管癌贲门癌患者术后并发症发生率达55.56%,明显高于年龄<50岁的23.81%。结论对于进行外科治疗的老年食管癌、贲门癌患者,应加强术前综合身体状况评价和围术期的护理,以利于降低并发症的发生率和死亡率。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and surgical treatment of esophageal cancer and cardiac cancer in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to January 2012 were selected as the study objects. Results Thirty patients with esophageal cancer, the incidence of the site in the middle of the esophagus in 16 cases, accounting for 53.33%. Esophageal and cardiac cancer patients were mostly stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients, accounting for 39.58% and 41.67% respectively. The incidence of postoperative complications in patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer ≥50 years old was 55.56%, which was significantly higher than that of 23.81% patients <50 years of age. Conclusion For elderly patients with esophageal cancer and cardia cancer who underwent surgical treatment, comprehensive preoperative evaluation of physical status and perioperative nursing should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of complications and mortality.
