为解决耐火材料模具在使用中存在耐磨性差、寿命短、成本高的突出问题,采用对其表面进行激光熔覆处理,并对熔覆材料和工艺方法进行研究,进而对其熔覆层的深度、硬度及微观组织进行分析,并对熔覆层进行耐磨性试验。得出结论,使用镍基合金粉末对基体为Cr12MoV钢的耐火材料模具表面进行激光熔覆后,材料表面的耐磨性能得到了显著的改善,实现了使用低廉材料却可获得优质材料的使用性能的目的,从而降低了成本。
