随着市场经济体制改革的不断深化和高校招生规模的扩大,以独生子女为主要来源的大学生承担的心理压力越来越大。各高校虽已普遍开展了心理健康教育工作,但大多重视补救和知识的灌输,而忽视学生自我心理保健能力的培养。大学生应该通过学习心理健康知识、培养良好的学习和生活习惯、建立良好的人际关系、学会自我调控等方法,加强自我心理保健能力的培养,增强其心理免疫力,减少心理疾病的产生。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the market economy system and the expansion of college enrollment, the psychological pressure on undergraduates taking only children as the main source is growing. Although all colleges and universities have carried out mental health education generally, most of them attach importance to the remediation and the instilling of knowledge while ignoring the cultivation of self-psychological health care ability of students. Undergraduates should enhance their psychoimmunity and reduce the occurrence of mental illness through learning mental health knowledge, fostering good study and living habits, establishing good interpersonal relationships and learning self-regulation.
