几位生产一线的员工反映,如今,企业生产提速、岗位竞争激烈、生活节奏加快,长年在一线工作的员工容易出现焦虑、内疚、嫉妒等不良情绪,伤及员工的心理健康,对企业发展进步与社会的和谐稳定,也有可能产生负面影响。如何解决此类问题?笔者以为,首先应该通过一些缓解和治疗的手段,帮助员工从职业心理焦虑中解脱。其次,还应该着眼长远,从三方面着手,让一线员工始终葆有较好的心理状态,实现持续的心理健康。多一些赞许。
