Plastin是一种肌动蛋白结合蛋白,可与纤维状肌动蛋白结合,使纤维状肌动蛋白相互交联形成紧密的束状结构,起到稳定细胞肌动蛋白骨架以及调节细胞运动的作用。Plastin家族有三种亚型,组织特异性地在哺乳动物体内不同组织细胞中表达,并且在肿瘤内异常表达。研究Plastin家族蛋白与肿瘤之间的关系在肿瘤早期诊断和基因治疗方面都有重要的理论指导意义。本文综述了近年来关于Plastin家族蛋白分子结构、功能特点以及在肿瘤中作用等的相关研究,为该领域的研究提供一定的参考。
Plastin is an actin-binding protein that binds to actin and binds actin to form a tight bundle-like structure that stabilizes the actin cytoskeleton and regulates cell motility. There are three subtypes of the Plastin family, which are specifically expressed in different tissues and cells in mammals and are abnormally expressed in the tumor. The study of the relationship between the Plastin family of proteins and tumors has important theoretical significance in the early diagnosis of tumors and gene therapy. This review summarizes recent studies on the molecular structure, functional characteristics, and roles of the Plastin family proteins in the tumor and provides some references for the research in this field.
