《公民道德建设实施纲要》颁布以来,如何进行有效的道德教育成为《纲要》实施的关键,其中也应包括吸收和借鉴国外一些有效的做法。广大在外学习和工作的“神州学人”及部分驻外工作者常年生活在外,对所在国的道德教育有着亲身体验和感受,常常也深感其对我国的道德建设有借鉴之处。为此,本刊特约请他们撰写这方面的稿件,在“学人论坛”栏目予以刊登,本期刊登的这篇稿件由我驻新加坡使馆教育处供稿。
Since the promulgation of the Outline for the Implementation of Citizen Moral Construction, how to carry out effective moral education has become the key to the implementation of the “Outline”, which should also include absorbing and borrowing some effective practices from abroad. The vast number of “Chinese scholars” who study and work outside the country and some of the overseas workers live outside the country for years and experience and feel the moral education in their host countries. They often feel that they have some lessons to our country's moral construction. To this end, we specifically invite them to write manuscripts in this area, in the “scholar forum” section to be published in this issue of this manuscript published by the Embassy of Singapore Education Division for our contribution.
