我国多数家庭是以4-2-1模式生活的,再加上当今社会的城市化,很多子女都和父母是一种异地生活的状态,越来越多的老人需要独自度过老年生活。随着消费观念与居住观念的改变,他们对于专业养老机构的依赖也随之加大。未来养老机构市场需求巨大,而养老社区因其综合性、完善性的特点能给老年人带来更舒适更丰富更有安全感的生活。基于此,本文主要对综合养老社区居住建筑群体空间规划设计进行分析探讨。
Most of our families live in 4-2-1 mode. Coupled with the urbanization in today’s society, many children and their parents live in different places. More and more elderly people need to spend their own life alone. As consumer attitudes and living attitudes change, their reliance on specialized aged care also increases. In the future, there is a huge market demand for pension institutions, and pension communities can bring more comfortable, richer and more secure lives for the elderly because of their comprehensiveness and perfection. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes and discusses the spatial planning and design of residential buildings in integrated retirement communities.
