对中小学办学特色的研究,国内外都非常重视。资料表明,国外许多学校都有自己的学校教育哲学,其办学特色的形成往往是在学校教育哲学指导下进行的,这种学校教育哲学有别于我国的学校发展指导思想,它是学校员工乃至于学生的共同教育信奉。学校教育哲学一旦确立,学校教育教学工作就围绕着它而展开。国外对办学特色的研究,更为重视的是“特色”在教育教学活动中的渗透性,而不把特色看成是一种比较孤立的教育现象。
The study of the characteristics of primary and secondary schools, both at home and abroad have attached great importance. The data show that many foreign schools have their own philosophy of school education. The formation of their educational characteristics is often carried out under the guidance of the philosophy of school education. This kind of school education philosophy is different from the guiding ideology of our country’s school development. The common education of students believe in. Once the philosophy of school education is established, the school education and teaching work is carried out around it. Foreign studies of the characteristics of running schools pay more attention to the penetration of “characteristics ” in education and teaching activities, rather than regard the characteristics as a relatively isolated phenomenon of education.
