抗高血压新药卡托普利(甲巯丙脯酸,Ⅰ)的二硫化物代谢物(Ⅱ)在血液中能与(Ⅰ)相互转化,因此测定两者的含量甚为必要。本文将(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)经三丁基磷还原并与N-乙基顺丁烯亚胺制成衍生物,再转化成六氟异丙酯后用气相色谱仪附Ni-63电子捕获检出器层析柱(固定性3% OV-101和担体Chromosorb W-HP100-200(?))测定含量,获得较满意的结果。血液中(1)的测定:血样、(Ⅰ)标准贮液及内标4-乙氧基甲巯丙脯酸均配成含有N-乙基顺丁烯亚胺(1∶5克分子比)的水溶液。另取空白血1ml(内含N-乙基顺丁烯亚胺5mg)与上述贮备液配成20~200ng/ml 的
