目的 评估Gyrus等离子体双极切割系统(Gyrus-Plasma Kinetic System,PKS)作经典的经尿道前列腺剜除术的效果。方法 应用Gyrus-PKS和电切镜,使用生理盐水作为工作介质和冲洗液,经尿道切除治疗BPH病人(BipolarTURP)75例。手术方法采用“推切”技术将增生的腺瘤“剜除”。结果 75例手术顺利。除1例术后出血、血凝块堵塞导管,再次手术止血并输血300 mL外,其余均无输血。全部病人术后均排尿通畅,尿控良好。术中及术后无低血钠发生。结论 应用PKS手术效果好,同时避免了经尿道电切综合征的发生。同单极高频外科系统比较,这种手术在安全性方面有独特的优势。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Gyrus-Plasma Kinetic System (PKS) as a classic transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods 75 cases of BPH patients (Bipolar TURP) underwent urethral resection with Gyrus-PKS and resectoscope with saline as the working medium and irrigation fluid. Surgical methods using “push-cut” technology will proliferate adenoma “剜 addition.” Results 75 cases were successful. In addition to one case of postoperative bleeding, blood clots blocked the catheter, re-operation to stop bleeding and blood transfusion 300 mL, the rest were no blood transfusion. All patients were voiding patency, urine control is good. No intraoperative and postoperative sodium hyponatremia occurred. Conclusion The application of PKS is effective and avoids the occurrence of transurethral resection syndrome. Compared with unipolar high frequency surgical systems, this procedure offers unique advantages in terms of safety.
