声表面波(surface acoustic wave,SAW)气体传感器具有灵敏度高、选择性好、响应时间短以及体积小,携带方便等优点,因而被广泛应用于环境监测、医疗卫生、化学侦检等领域中有毒有害气体的现场实时检测。敏感膜材料的特性是决定SAW传感器性能(如灵敏度、选择性、响应时间、寿命等)的关键因素。本文首先简要介绍了SAW气体传感器的响应原理和对敏感膜材料的要求,然后重点阐述了用于SAW气体传感器的有机聚合物敏感膜材料的研究进展,最后对其研究趋势做出简单预测。
Surface acoustic wave (SAW) gas sensors have the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, short response time, small size and easy portability. They are widely used in the fields of environmental monitoring, medical treatment, chemical detection and so on Live gas real-time detection of harmful gases. The properties of sensitive membrane materials are the key factors that determine the performance of the SAW sensor (eg sensitivity, selectivity, response time, lifetime, etc.). In this paper, the response principle of SAW gas sensors and the requirements of sensitive membrane materials are briefly introduced. Then the research progress of organic polymer-sensitive membrane materials for SAW gas sensors is emphatically described. Finally, the research trend of SAW gas sensors is briefly predicted.
