针对当前职业教育中校企合作面临的“学校热、企业冷”这一困境,东营职业学院通过构建利益共享共赢与文化共生的驱动机制、招工与就业双向促进机制、双师双向交流机制、实践基地共建机制、科技研发合作机制、校企合作保障机制六个方面破解了校企合作的瓶颈,保证了校企合作的顺利开展。
