攀钢高炉渣是典型的高钛型高炉渣,炉渣TiO2质量分数超过20%,炉渣性能在很大程度上受渣中TiO2还原程度的影响。攀钢高炉渣实际上是一种CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3-TiO2五元炉渣,渣中TiO2质量分数目前约21%~22%。渣中硅酸盐相矿物约占70%~80%,钛酸盐相约占20%,其余矿物为金属铁和碳氮化钛固溶体。炉渣熔化性温度约1 360~1 380℃,炉渣熔化性温度区间一般约20~30℃。在正常炉况下,在高温下液态炉渣的黏度约0.5Pa.s。TiO2的还原对炉渣性能的影响机制和定量的关联性仍需进一步深入研究。
The blast furnace slag of Panzhihua Iron and Steel is a typical high-titanium blast furnace slag, TiO2 slag content of more than 20%, the slag performance is largely affected by the degree of TiO2 reduction in the slag. Panzhihua Iron and Steel blast furnace slag is actually a CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3-TiO2 five yuan slag, the slag TiO2 content of about 21% to 22%. Slag silicate phase minerals account for about 70% to 80%, titanate phase accounts for about 20%, the rest of the minerals for the metal iron and titanium carbonitride solid solution. Slag melting temperature of about 1 360 ~ 1 380 ℃, slag melting temperature range of about 20 ~ 30 ℃. Under normal conditions, the viscosity of liquid slag at high temperatures is about 0.5 Pa.s. The relationship between mechanism and quantitative of the effect of TiO2 reduction on slag performance still needs further study.
