在知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争已经不是单纯的物质竞争,建立完善良好的激励机制,调动知识型员工的积极性,提高员工的工作效率,挖掘员工的个人潜力是企业首要问题。因此探讨构建激励机制,有效地运用激励机制对现代企业的人力资源管理具有重要意义。
In the era of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises is not merely the material competition. Establishing perfect and perfect incentive mechanism, mobilizing the enthusiasm of knowledge-based employees, improving the work efficiency of employees and taping the individual potential of employees are the primary problems of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to discuss the construction of incentive mechanism and the effective use of incentive mechanism for the management of human resources in modern enterprises.
