【目的】通过对新生儿进行听力筛查,筛出听力障碍异常儿童,做到早期发现、早期诊断、早期干预,促进其言语-语言的发育。【方法】采用国际上公认的耳声发射法,用畸变耳声发射仪或瞬态诱发耳声发射仪进行筛查。【结果】2008—2009年西城区社区卫生服务中心保健科访视3 994例新生儿,3 799例出生后在产科或满月时进行了听力筛查,初筛率为95.12%,初筛通过率为90.63%;356例初筛未通过儿童中326例进行了复筛,复筛率为91.57%,确诊听力损失7例,本组资料显示新生儿听力损失在筛查儿中的发病率为1.84‰。【结论】全面普及开展新生儿听力筛查十分必要,可以早期发现听力损失儿童,早期干预,有利于婴幼儿语言发育。
【Objective】 Through hearing screening of neonates, the children with abnormal hearing ability are screened out for early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention to promote speech-language development. 【Methods】 An internationally accepted otoacoustic emission method was used to screen the otoacoustic emissions with a otoacoustic emission apparatus or transient otoacoustic emission apparatus. 【Results】 From 2009 to 2009, 3,994 newborns were interviewed by the health department of Xicheng District Community Health Service Center and 3,799 newborn babies were obstructed during obstetrics or full moon. The screening rate was 95.12% Was 90.63%; 356 cases failed to pass the screening of 326 cases of children were re-screening, screening rate was 91.57%, diagnosed hearing loss in 7 cases, the group data show that the neonatal hearing loss in screening children incidence was 1.84 ‰. 【Conclusion】 It is necessary to popularize newborn hearing screening comprehensively. Early detection of hearing loss children and early intervention are beneficial to infant language development.
