为了达到电磁阀突然关闭时降低系统压力脉动,提高试验台加载力稳定性的目的,研究了某型飞机发动机风扇叶片高低周复合疲劳试验台加载控制技术。通过计算机仿真,基于MATLAB/Simhydraulics软件建立高低周疲劳试验台模型;改变蓄能器在液压试验台中的加载方式与位置,蓄能器前端管路管长与管内径以及系统参数的搭配,依次仿真。通过研究,高低周复合疲劳试验台的仿真达到了预期目的。
In order to reduce the system pressure pulsation and improve the stability of test-bed loading force when the solenoid valve is suddenly closed, the loading control technology for high and low cycle composite fatigue test-bed of the fan blades of a certain type of aircraft is studied. Through computer simulation, based on MATLAB / Simhydraulics software to establish high and low cycle fatigue test rig model; change the accumulator in the hydraulic test rig in the loading mode and location of the accumulator front pipe length and tube diameter and system parameters with the simulation . Through the research, high and low week composite fatigue test bench simulation to achieve the desired goal.
