研究了以黄柏为底物、硫酸锰为催化剂、溴酸钾作氧化剂、硫酸为介质的振荡反应新体系,测定了不同浓度、不同温度,黄柏的振荡反应行为,得到了不同温度、浓度下反应的诱导期、振荡周期,并由此计算出振荡反应诱导期活化能(Ein=151.42 kJ/mol)和振荡周期平均活化能(E-p=101.53 kJ/mol);在固定其他反应物浓度、温度的条件下,得到黄柏的振荡浓度区间为2~10 g/L;并研究了茶、牛奶等对振荡行为的影响。
A new system of oscillation reaction using cork as substrate, manganese sulfate as catalyst, potassium bromate as oxidant and sulfuric acid as medium was used to study the oscillating reaction behavior of Cortex Phellodendri at different concentrations, different temperatures and corks, and the induction of reaction under different temperature and concentration was obtained (Ein = 151.42 kJ / mol) and the average activation energy of the oscillation period (Ep = 101.53 kJ / mol) were calculated. The results showed that under the conditions of the concentration of other reactants and temperature , The oscillation concentration range of Phellodendron was 2 ~ 10 g / L, and the influence of tea and milk on the oscillation behavior was studied.
