近几年高校法学教育改革中多数学者已经意识到案例教学法对我国法学教育发展的重要性,但由于我国民族院校法学教育的特殊性,要使案例教学法在民族院校法学教育中发挥更大的作用,需要明确民族院校法学教育与普通院校法学教育的差异,构建适合民族院校法学教育的案例集合,培养高水平民族院校法学教育教师队伍,注重与其他学科的联系,在课程设置中注意其他学科的引入,以此来推动民族院校法学教育更好的发展。
