以玉米淀粉为原料、丙烯酸(AA)为酯化剂,采用干法制备了AA酯化淀粉。利用单因素试验法和正交试验法优选出制备AA酯化淀粉的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:与玉米淀粉相比,AA酯化淀粉糊化液具有较强的荧光强度、较低的黏度、较高的黏度热稳定性,并且其冻融稳定性、乳化性、浆膜耐水性和柔韧性俱佳,是一种可用于文物保护与修复的良好胶粘剂。
Using corn starch as raw material, acrylic acid (AA) as esterification agent, AA esterified starch was prepared by dry method. The optimum conditions for preparing AA esterified starch were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that compared with corn starch, AA esterified starch gelatinized liquid has strong fluorescence intensity, low viscosity and high viscosity thermal stability, and its freeze-thaw stability, emulsification, serosa water resistance Excellent in both sex and flexibility, it is a good adhesive that can be used to protect and repair artifacts.
