故障1一台XD120型压路机在向前行走时,偶尔会出现机器被卡住不走的现象(机器向后行走一直正常),此时只要将机器向后行走一下再向前走,卡住现象就立刻消失。在出现此故障时,我们用压力表测液压驱动系统的压力,压力达到30MPa以上,表明驱动系统的压力过高,故判断此现象为机械系统故障,而非液压系统的故障所致。首先检查了机上钢轮与机架连接的轴承支撑部位,此处正常。
