以长吉图开发开放先导区建设为主的图们江区域合作开发战略是东北亚经贸合作、互利共赢的重要引擎,是大图们江开发开放先导区和东北老工业基地振兴战略等各种战略的叠加区,地缘政治特殊,发展基础良好,发展潜力巨大,因此应尽快把“长吉图”开发开放先导区纳入“一带一路”战略,形成横跨东西、兼顾海陆、联通内外的开放格局。若能够把图们江区域合作开发纳入“一带一路”战略,并形成有机整体,不仅有利于我国沿边少数民族地区经济的发展,推动沿边地区跨境次区域合作,更有利于我国全方位、多领域、多层次开放格局的形成,促进环日本海各国经济的长足发展。
