检修ZL50型装载机的转向器时,常会遇到转向器的齿扇轴有扭曲、折断现象。这不仅与轴的材料有关,而且与机械的使用和转向系统的调整有关。齿扇轴扭曲的根本原因是承受的扭矩过大。齿扇轴的固定螺母松动,反馈杆调整不当,在机械拖动过程中没有适时转动转向盘,都可造成扭矩过大。当齿扇轴上固定摇臂的螺母松动时,摇臂与齿扇轴的锥形花键配合会松动,使摇臂上的内花键与齿扇轴上外花键的接触面积减小,单位面积上的受力增大,从而导致花键扭曲。因此,在保养检修机械时,将摇臂花键装入摇臂孔后,应使花键端面低于花键孔2~5 mm,须拧紧摇臂的固定螺母,并不得漏装摇臂与固定螺母之间的弹簧垫片。

Therefore, in the maintenance of machinery maintenance, the rocker arm spline into the rocker arm hole, the spline end should be below the spline hole 2 ~ 5 mm, to be tightened arm fixed nut, and should not miss the rocker and Spring washers between fixing nuts.
