本文从回顾我国水稻收获机械的研究历史、分析我国国情、南方水田特点和水稻联合收割机的机型出发,说明半喂入联合收割机尚不足以形成我国目前收获水稻的主要机型。文章在试验分析的基础上,提出了新的观点,认为我国南方稻麦联合收割机的研制方向应该是田间割穗式轴流型联合收割机。该机型既可发挥半喂入机型之优点,又可克服半喂入机型之缺点,与全喂入轴流型相比,仅脱粒功率一项,可节省能源达40%以上。
This paper reviews the history of research on rice harvesting machinery in our country, analyzes the national conditions of our country, the characteristics of southern paddy field and the type of rice combine harvester. It shows that the semi-feeding combine harvester is not enough to form the main models of rice harvesting in China at present. Based on the experimental analysis, the article puts forward a new viewpoint that the development direction of rice-wheat combine harvester in southern China should be the field cutting-type axial flow type combine harvester. The model can play the advantages of semi-feeding models, but also overcome the shortcomings of semi-feeding models, and full-fed axial flow compared to only a thresholding, can save energy more than 40%.
