利用旋转盘技术研究了Fe_2B排布方式及间距对定向凝固Fe-3.5B合金耐锌液冲蚀性能的影响,并分析了冲蚀界面形貌。结果表明,冲蚀过程中Fe_2B平行于锌液流动方向的试样(横向试样,记Fe_2B_(∥)),其冲蚀率随冲蚀时间的延长快速降低,而Fe_2B垂直于锌液流动方向的试样(纵向试样,记Fe_2B_┴),冲蚀速率降低缓慢。当Fe_2B间距为3.67μm时,平行试样冲蚀率最小,而Fe_2B间距为1.87μm时,垂直试样冲蚀率最小。横向试样表现出“界面钉扎”效应,极大地抑制锌液冲蚀损伤。
The effect of Fe_2B arrangement and spacing on the corrosion resistance of the Zn-free solution for directional solidification of Fe-3.5B alloy was studied by rotating disk technique. The morphology of the interface was also analyzed. The results show that the erosion rate of Fe 2 B parallel to the flow direction of zinc solution during the erosion process decreases rapidly with the extension of the erosion time, whereas Fe 2 B is perpendicular to the flowing direction of the Zn solution Of the sample (longitudinal sample, Fe_2B_┴ recorded), the erosion rate slowed down. When Fe_2B spacing is 3.67μm, the erosion rate of parallel samples is the smallest, while the vertical erosion rate of samples is the smallest when Fe_2B spacing is 1.87μm. Horizontal samples show “pinning ” effect, which greatly inhibits zinc liquid erosion damage.
