随着煤矿机械制造技术的发展,优化设计成为了提高部件机械性能、节省制造成本的主要手段。文中以SQT500/600PY型矿井采煤机支撑腿为研究对象,建立了该部件的有限元计算模型,通过ANSYS软件对支撑腿的可优化空间进行了分析。经过优化设计后,SQT500/600PY型矿井采煤机支撑腿性能有了明显改善。文章研究对煤矿机械制造企业效益增长有着实际意义。
With the development of coal mine machinery manufacturing technology, optimized design has become the main means to improve the mechanical properties of parts and save manufacturing costs. In this paper, the support leg of SQT500 / 600PY coal mine shearer is taken as the research object, the finite element model of this part is established, and the optimization space of support legs is analyzed by ANSYS software. After optimized design, SQT500 / 600PY mine shearer support leg performance has been significantly improved. The article research has practical significance to the benefit growth of coal mine machinery manufacturing enterprises.
