中国政府网4月30日公布了《国务院关于加强进口促进对外贸易平衡发展的指导意见》,提出要在保持出口稳定增长的同时,更加重视进口,适当扩大进口规模,促进对外贸易基本平衡,实现对外贸易可持续发展。5月16日,商务部新闻发言人沈丹阳在商务部例行记者会上表示,我国外贸形势依然比较严峻,全年外贸增长可能会呈现“前低、中稳、后高”的发展态势。
