国务院6月26日召开全国现代渔业建设工作电视电话会议,国务院副总理汪洋出席会议并讲话。他强调,现代渔业建设要坚持生态优先、养捕结合、以养为主的方针,切实加强渔业资源和生态环境保护,大力推动渔业发展方式转变,建立健全渔业建设保障机制,加快形成生态良好、生产发展、装备先进、产品优质、渔民增收、平安和谐的现代渔业发展新格局。
