师生冲突是中学师生关系的一个方面,可分为显性冲突和隐性冲突。师生冲突的原因主要有价值观差异、所处地位差异的影响、班级资源分配不均以及中学生自我主体意识的增强与教师权威的对立等。要预防和解决冲突就要做到:教师要树立正确的师生观,尽可能公平合理地分配班级资源,构建民主平等对话的师生关系等。 Teacher-student conflict is one aspect of the relationship between teachers and students in high school. It can be divided into explicit conflict and implicit conflict. The main reasons for the conflict between teachers and students are the differences in values, the differences in their position, the uneven distribution of class resources, the self-subjective awareness of middle school students and the opposition of teachers’ authority. To prevent and resolve the conflict, it is necessary to: teachers should establish a correct outlook on teachers and students, allocate class resources as fair and reasonable as possible, and build a teacher-student relationship for democratic and equal dialogue.
