滑步推铅球技术与旋转推铅球技术是目前推铅球运动员普遍采用的两种技术,欧洲运动员大多采用旋转技术,亚洲运动员大部分采用滑步技术,而国内顶尖运动员都采用滑步技术。为了证明两种技术各有什么优势,本文采用实验法对两种技术各个环节进行对比得出:滑步技术动作简单易学,动作连贯稳定,但速度比旋转稍慢。旋转技术动作复杂不易掌握,易出现失误,但出手初速度很快。 Slide shot putting technique and rotating shot putting are two kinds of techniques commonly used by shot putters. Most European athletes use the rotating technique. Most Asian athletes use the slide technique, while the top Chinese athletes use the slide technique. In order to prove the advantages of each of the two technologies, this article uses the experimental method to compare the two aspects of the technology. The sliding technique is simple and easy to learn, the movement is consistent and stable, but the speed is slower than the rotation. Rotating technology complex action is not easy to grasp, prone to mistakes, but the early shot fast.
