高组织承诺是企业长期追求的管理目标。一般认为,组织承诺包括感情承诺、规范承诺与继续承诺等内容。公益精神可表现为社会责任感和行动力。通过对某环保类企业青年员工的大样本调查,运用结构方程模型分析发现继续承诺并非普遍性存在,青年员工公益精神对组织承诺起到正向促进作用,也对其中的感情承诺与规范承诺发挥正向作用,但公益精神会减弱青年员工的继续承诺。鼓励青年员工参与公益活动可提升其公益精神,促使青年员工从情感上更加忠诚与企业,在工作行为上更符合社会道德要求,且更少地因为物质原因而对企业忠诚。
High organizational commitment is the long-sought goal of management. Generally believed that the organizational commitment includes emotional commitment, normative commitment and continued commitment and so on. The spirit of commonweal can show social responsibility and motivation. Through the investigation of a large sample of young workers in a green enterprise, the analysis of the structural equation model shows that the continued commitment is not universal, the public service spirit of young employees plays a positive role in promoting organizational commitment, and also plays an important role in the commitment of commitment and norms Positive role, but the spirit of commonweal will weaken the continued commitment of young employees. Encouraging young employees to participate in public welfare activities can enhance their commonweal spirit, encourage them to be emotionally more loyal to the enterprise, work more in line with social morality and less allegiance to the enterprise for material reasons.
