近年来,许多院校每到学生毕业时,学校就会分配任务,学生离校前,位老师要“承包”2到4个学生,包括做思想工作,动员指导他们尽快签订就业合同等。这一届毕业生安排不好,就会直接影响到学校下一届的招生计划。尽管这样,学校的就业率也不够理想。由此看到,大学毕业生就业形势似乎越来越严峻,大学生就业也成为突出的社会问题。怎样解决大学生的就业问题,已成为政府的一大心事。笔者认为,当前在解决大学生就业问题上,还必须解决一些认识上的误区,制定针对性强的措施,为学子们解忧,为社会解忧。
In recent years, many colleges and universities assign tasks each time a student graduates. Before a student leaves school, the teacher wants to “contract” 2 to 4 students, including doing ideological work and mobilizing them to sign employment contracts as soon as possible .
