当前香港经济仍处于痛苦的结构性调整期。缺乏带动整体经济的主导产业是经济迟迟未能走出低谷的症结。因此 ,制订重整经济策略、多元创新调整结构是香港摆脱困境重塑荣景的必由之路。同时 ,香港应以实施《内地与香港更紧密经贸关系安排》为契机 ,继续推进以珠江三角洲为起点的与内地的经济合作与融合。 At present, the economy of Hong Kong is still in a painful structural adjustment period. Lack of the leading industry that has led the economy as a whole is the crux of the economy’s failure to get out of its slump. Therefore, formulating a restructured economy strategy and diversifying innovation and adjusting the structure will be the only way for Hong Kong to reshape the prosperity scene from its difficulties. At the same time, Hong Kong should take the opportunity of implementing the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) between the Mainland and Hong Kong and continue to promote economic cooperation and integration with the Mainland starting from the Pearl River Delta.
