立秋时节,院里的凤仙花恣意绽放。唐代诗人吴仁壁在《凤仙花》一诗云:“香红嫩绿正开时,冷蝶饥蜂两不知。此际最宜何处看,朝阳初上碧梧枝。”将其妖娆风姿,描写的淋漓尽致,美不胜收。民间一直有凤仙花染甲的习俗,究竟起源于何时,目前尚无从考证。据《采药录》等文献记载,这个习俗可追溯到战国时期,在唐、宋颇为盛行。《事物考》记载:“杨妃生而手足甲爪皆红,宫中效之。”据说宫女们摘凤仙花染红指甲,就是为了模仿贵妃杨玉环,这个故事让诗人们浮想联
