目的:观察海洋生物多糖FW-1升高白细胞的药理作用。方法:本实验采用环磷酰胺所致白细胞减少的小白鼠动物模型,研究海洋生物多糖FW-1对模型小鼠外周血白细胞数,骨髓有核细胞数,免疫器官重量等指标的药理作用。结果:海洋生物多糖FW-1能明显抑制环磷酰胺导致的外周血白细胞和有核细胞数减少,并能显著增加胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结论:海洋生物多糖FW-1对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓有核细胞数和外周血白细胞减少及其免疫器官有明显保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the pharmacological effects of polysaccharide FW-1, a marine organism, on the increase of leukocytes. METHODS: In this experiment, a mouse model of leukopenia induced by cyclophosphamide was used to study the pharmacological effects of marine polysaccharide FW-1 on peripheral blood leukocyte count, bone marrow nucleated cell number, and immune organ weight. RESULTS: Marine polysaccharide FW-1 significantly inhibited the decrease in the number of peripheral white blood cells and nucleated cells induced by cyclophosphamide and significantly increased the thymus index and spleen index. Conclusion: Marine polysaccharide FW-1 has obvious protective effect on the number of bone marrow nucleated cells and the reduction of peripheral white blood cells and immune organs in mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
