出生在北京西郊部队大院的我,得益于父亲在部队做摄影记者的工作。记忆中在很小的时候就陪着父亲在红色灯光的暗房里冲洗照片,闻着显影液和定影液的特殊气味,看着相纸在“水里”出影像,真的很快乐。小学作文《我的理想》中就写到长大要像父亲那样,做战地摄影记者。得天独厚的条件使我从小就能摆弄相机,1985年,我考取了北京青年报社成立的北京市中学生通讯社,做了第一届的学生摄影记者,开始接触新闻摄影,并在《北京青年报》《工人日报》《北京晚报》等报刊发表作品。1993
I was born in the army compound courtyard in the western suburbs of Beijing because of my father’s work as a photojournalist in the army.
